Update: probably a mix of psychosomatic issues and a mild virus. Went to Urgent Care, saw a PA (bless) and they were kind enough to take my immunosuppression seriously and run blood tests even though I didn't have a fever, cough, congestion, etc.
Everything came back in normal range... which is highly suspicious. My WBC SHOULD be elevated because I am on prednisone. So I suspect a mild viral infection plus anxiety and depression.
Everything else was within normal ranges and I have been feeling better yesterday and today. I had already rested all day Thursday, most of the afternoon and evening Friday and was pounding vitamin C and zinc, and always take a lot of vitamin D anyway. Every week is a roller coaster, recently. I'm not sure anyone without a chronic illness can understand how long a month can be, heh.
