I went a few hours late yesterday and I was sleepy the whole day and anxious and felt like crying the whole time.
In one moment of trying to be awake, I made a big mistake by recommending who would be our next boss -- he will not be right for the job.


Today I am home. I woke up anxious and took a tiny day-time amount of Klonopin and, without wanting to, fell asleep for a few hours.
