Wow, this story sounds close to mine.
I took Zoloft for a bit, and seemed to help. Unfortunately for me a quit cold turkey, and boy was that a mistake.
I have found staying close to those who understand, and talking in a forum such as this (which really got me through a lot).
I'm still fighting the disconnect , but just try and not get worked up over it (I stop comparing to when I was pre pcs).

Like Mark says, get proper sleep!!!!
