Hi cart..... Is your disconnect all the time? I do have moments of normalcy ... When in a swimming pool or riding my horse.... Or busy painting pallets etc
I'm still trying to determine if this is just residual anxiety (I have suffered severely with it espec 5 yrs ago .... 6 weeks of citalopram fixed that) .... It's just not the same this time.
It's the bloody fear of the unknown..... How badly did we slam our heads???
I can say I am much improved over the last month.
Oh I pray for you and me and anyone that has this that it will finally resolve .... The people around us have no idea....as we look normal. It's been a living nightmare to be honest.
I especially get the surreal when I'm driving.... Espec long distance driving
I just did an anxious heavy sigh. Hate it.
