Default weird things happen to me

Okay it started with the pads of my feet feeling stiff, than i went to the neurologist who said i had peripheral neuropathy, my emg was normal. than i started having twitches, the neurologist still said it was neuropathy but now i notice when i touched my legs it caused parathesias in my feet, when i took my hands away it would go away , sometimes i get shocking pains up from my toes that travel a little not all the way up , than i started having lower back soreness, my gp send me for an mri, moderate stenosis measuring 8 mm and 9 mm bilateral stenosis plus central stenosis, i started reading about als so when i was in oregon i got to see the peripheral neuropathy/als specialist he did ncv/emg, told me i didn't have neuropathy or als, that it was coming from my back the spontaneous part of the emg was normal but the volitional part showed some muap that showed it to be my back. now i sit here and don't know who to believe, can anyone give any insight, i pass all the neuro test have normal reflexes, shoes always feel tight even though they are not, help!!!!
