Hello SLee,
So seizures are in the family and regarding your movements with your body I was like that before I had a full blown grand mal seizure and how that came about, I went from top to bottom of the stairs through jerking in the legs and lost my balance, they had me in hospital a full week and then a seizure properly occurred plus double vision can come from seizures and it's through straining of the muscles in the back of the eyes, what my concern is the droop of the eye and I must suggest see your doctor as I've had that twice in the past and it could be Bells palsy.
Myself I think it's seizure related but there again i'm not a Doctor and there's that many different forms of epilepsy it needs a good specialist to find the underlining reason.
It could also be MS, I've got Lupus and it causes some issues
