oh crap. Sorry to hear that about the anxiety. I feel for ya.
I go to chiro once, sometimes twice a week as I'm lucky I didn't snap my neck the way I landed on it. I seem to hold all my stress there in my shoulders and neck too and get massage at least biweekly at those wonderfully cheap Foot Spa places. Hahah. I do hope your surgery helps you. Im sure you'll keep us posted.
