I think that is a sound judgement call that you are proposing.
Have you asked your pdoc yet?

I'm stable right now... ON THE LITHIUM tho. When you discontinue a med, a lot can change.

I haven't talked to my pdoc. I want to hear what the ortho has to say first.

I would prefer not to screw around with my psych meds if I don't have to...
If he is insistent that I take an NSAID, I will take the script, then speak to my pdoc about going off the lithium, then taper off of it before taking the NSAID.

My mood is fine now. I am experiencing agitation, but I think it's related to anxiety and pain tho.
