My two have a box each in the kitchen.

They tend to perch on them, watching the world go by.

Recently they have become very territorial. A harmless neighbourhood cat comes round outside sometimes. When this happens both Blackberry and Waiwaiaa, from the vantage point of their boxes, have fierce and noisy fights with it through the safety of a kitchen window.

The first time this happened I thought that somebody was trying to break in
