I mentioned a few pages back that I started to do Yoga (via a youtube video) that is about 30 minutes long. I can do that in my own place and at my own pace.

I completely understand the standing issues; can only do briefly then have to move; even if I sway one foot, then the other. Moving is a must; but walking for any amount of time is still difficult. Need cane if outside; in the house, I can always hold onto the wall or something nearby. But the need to keep ourselves moving is definitely a must!!!
