Hypopituitarism has been mentioned but more often adrenal fatigue is the issue.

There are many clusters of symptoms from PCS than can fit the symptoms of a number of ailments. It is very difficult to self diagnose from online information. An assessment by an endocrinologist with the relevant blood work would usually be the way to diagnose hypopituitarism.

Many have found benefit from a thorough assessment by a neuro endocrinologist. That might be a challenge to get in the UK.
