Thanks for response Mark. The struggles I am still having are as listed above. I don't think they are getting any better. I am worse this year compared to last year when I thought I was improving.

Yes, the doctors in the UK are more concerned about saving the National Health Service money than saving their patients. Especially if you are a woman!
