I feel better finally. I can't fight God. for whatever reason this is happening to me and I am trying to look at it as a blessing. I was up most of the night fighting it. I have to get myself to do exercises. My balance us really bad.
I seem to be getting worse. I tried to find information on the net but couldn't about going backwards. I did find some good exercises.
