You should look at incidence of
QT events when researching.
High incidence of this side effect generally outweighs any benefits of the drug.

I think it is very difficult to manage all these drugs to choose from.
In the end you have to consider your own response too.
But tumors and stopping the heart are rather serious and should be considered too.
