Thanks for asking: Right at a year. Definitely have objective improvement: not scared to drive (I have a clutch), and I don't limp noticeably but still walk slow.

Read a pretty good essay on pain the other day it's on "aeon.co" called "Where Pain Lives". Talking about pains that really originate in the brain vs the "body" — no it's not fighting for some philosophical dualism, it's from a neuroscience perspective.
