also, i can't concentrate on anything...it's like i've developed a horrible case of adhd.

mind you my history is a bit different than most (not all), in that i've had a steady stream of concussions due to violence/mental health issues over the past nearly two decades.

time + number of concussions = a very badly damaged brain, i assume.

i'd also like to know if anyone else out there has purposely smashed their own heads? on top of all of the beatings i received, i also used to wail myself repeatedly in the side of the head when angry. could these have been concussions in themselves? if so, i'm up in the range of like 30 concussions...

i fear i have dementia setting in...

fun fact, the side of the head is roughly where the temporal lobe is, which is responsible for memory functions.
