Default Drugs affecting MG questions

Recently put on Zioptan eye drops, which are tafluprost ophthalmic solution. Tafluprost is a fluorinated analog of prostaglandin F2α. (from rxlist.com)
Would this drug likely make MG symptoms worse?

Was previously on Cosopt, which is dorzolamide hydrochloride-timolol maleate ophthalmic solution.
dorzolamide hydrochloride is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
timolol maleate ophthalmic solution is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent.
What about these two?
I believe the timolol is a possible problem for MG, but it doesn't seem to bother me, at least not much, whereas the dorzolamide caused dramatic problems (we stopped the combined Cosopt and tried each separately after I noticed that Cosopt now carried an MG warning.) Does that make any sense, that the "wrong" one gave me the worst trouble?

Don't have any knowledgeable doctors at the moment.

Can't barely read because of multiple eye problems, not just muscle weakness. Hoping someone here knows, or can read it and let me know.
