Default A significant development in understanding AD

I think that this paper is potentially very important because it shows that drugs which block the effects of ApoE4 protein on both Abeta and tau could prevent many cases of AD.

Inheriting one or two copies of the ApoE4 gene is a significant risk factor for AD.
