Ah the cold! I avoid getting cold as it exacerbates all my symptoms, especially tremors.

Diagnosed Apr 2013 (age 55). First symptom was anxiety 6 yrs earlier. First tremor May 2010. Unmedicated till May 2014. Sinemet 5 x 100/25 /d Selegiline 5mg x 2/d till May 2016. Switched to Amino Acid protocol May 2016. Now taking 13.5g /day Mucuna, 6 Cysreplete/d, 2 Neuroreplete/d and 300mg B6/d.
