I see mdoc at 3:40 p.m. Friday/today


I will have to take Klonopin in order to deal with the possibly of having to sit
in the waiting room for a long time . . . . last time I had an appointment I walked out with major anxiety after waiting too long.

I am not in pain at the moment as long as long as I do not move.
I do feel overall yucky even when not moving.
