Mdoc walked through the record of our last visit and my current meds.

She had written some things on a piece of paper that I lost between her office and getting home.

I think on that paper might have been
1. the name of an anti antispasmodic that she called in
2. pro-biotic and specifics about what kind
3. apple cider vinegar and instructions about how much water to take with it.

On the way out, the lab lady handed me a container for a stool sample
to take back to her lab
Also the lab lady handed me an envelope I suppose with instructions
to mail away stool
This is because I am not agreeing to a colonoscopy.

ALWAYS FEEL worse after I see mdoc although I feel that she is thorough
and she might be a good doctor.
