That is what I did -- the one tablespoon with 8 ounces of water.

I am not calling the office. I am pretty sure that that was pretty much what she said.
It would be cool if the office did use email but they do not do that yet.

They have just spent the last 6 months or more going to electronic records and
are not finished. Maybe email is coming soon.


The pharmacy texted that they had the medicine ready for me to pick up today.
