The easiest way to look at bumps is quite simple. If these movements and bumps did not cause a concussion prior to your real concussion, they are not causing a concussion now. The anxiety of "Woe, Did that sudden braking cause a concussion or damage?" can trigger a memory of the symptoms of the previous concussion and PCS. Some look at this as a PTSD flashback response with the PTSD anxiety magnifying the memory of the concussion symptoms.

When you were home and hanging out with friends, did you engage in overly stimulating activities or other activities that you have not participated in during school ?

What are the various neuros doing for you ? Why do you see more than one ?
