Default Jittery tingly right side

How do you explain that amped up tingly feeling that is pretty much a constant on outer part of right side. . . . two and a half years post accident and Ihave just had one of my worst days which is disconcerting given some of the better days experienced.
This morning side was ultra jittery, to point I didn't go for intended walk as I felt unsafe, this lasting for best part of day - but I did continue everyday activities with difficulty. End of day, walking, standing on foot feels ultra heavy and uncomfortable, painful in fact - crushed sensation. The jittery shaky sensation comparatively weaker but as per usual the amping, tingling continues.
Past treatment has included physiotherapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist and assessment from neurologist ordered by Insurance Company.
Any suggestions as to what is going on? and treatment.
Thanks.
