SLee, Please get a copy of the report (once in your portal). Do you have copies of the antibody tests as well?

You can always see an expert for a second opinion. Since you have fibro, have you consulted with a good rheumatologist? That would be a reasonable thing to do.

Have you had your vitamin D checked? Musculoskeletal pain can be caused by a D deficiency.

They can always recheck your antibodies in 6 months.

I don't know what else could be causing your symptoms. I wish you had a doctor who would do some thinking for you!

Don't be discouraged. You aren't doing well, and there's always a reasons for that.
