The day was completely awful and my psychic pain was obvious.

I came home and slept/napped. Then went to twitter for about 5 or 6 hours or more (all night), not sure.

Now I want to try the Ambien and sleep all day.

Pdoc says if I take it every night the side effects (hungover) will be less bad.

She is probably wrong but I have time and the interest in sleeping the WHOLE DAY.

Going to go to sleep so that I can ignore how messed up sht is.
