Slow down yes......But I found it extremely difficult to figure out what caused my problems....
Some things are simple, loud music or over stimulation......Mine usually hits the day after....I call it "The hang over".....

I remember being outside long ago....It was windy, very windy.....The types of trees I was surrounded by moved a lot.....I was trying to watch my daughter play softball......Would you believe it was the movement of the trees that ended up messing me up! Like WTH?
Watching my favorite team, and getting to exited messed me up....

So what I am saying is it took me years to figure out the odd or strange things that would mess me up, I found that brutally difficult to figure out.
