I'm glad that your neighbor and the super you like get to stay. I hope that your neighbor has to at least deal with the rodent problem (no matter how nice he is) so it doesn't spread and effect the whole building...

I was so worried Rocky would get sick from biting and scratching at that mouse he found in the old apartment. Plus, they spread disease that humans can pick up and are just dirty and disgusting in general in the wild (but can be pleasant if kept clean as pets).
