Brokenfriend, I am sorry to read about your kidney disease.

If a kidney transplant is not an option for you, there are two forms of dialysis. One is haemodialysis, which requires regular hospital visits. The other is
Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) which happens at home.

These options might be worth discussing with your doctor.

My father lived for many years when using CAPD after chronic renal failure.
