Pelvis:

joint space narrowing due to the cartilage (cushioning)in the hip joint wearing away (osteoarthritis), which is worse on the right than the left. You have bone spurs on the right side.


Knees:

The joint space in your knees is narrowing due to cartilage (cushioning) loss (osteoarthritis).


Neck:

There is a natural curvature to the neck (lordosis), but yours is straightening out (don't worry, I have the same issue). It is the radiologist's impression that it's due to "positioning" possibly because C1-2 is not exactly aligned.

You have bone spurs in the front and back of your neck at C5-6 that are probably due to osteoarthritis.
