Looks fine. A little light on folic acid but the multi likely has some. Adding some niacin and methylcobalamin B-12 (you don't need more cyanocobalamin B-12) and doubling or tripling the curcumin throughout the day would be worthwhile.
I get the niacin flush but know that the flushing niacin is the best. Plus, it is great for healthy skin. It has other health benefits, cholesterol, etc. The flush is over in a few minutes. Many find the flushing decreases over time with continued use.
