Yes I too am slowly learning the art of patience.

Also trying to find the balance between overdoing it and not doing enough.

I have started reading The Brain That Changes Itself and currently have a few more books on the way, which I can spend some time reading through when I am feeling up to it.

Developing an understanding of post concussion syndrome and mild traumatic brain injury has been very helpful and something I wish to develop further in the future.
