Well, it is mid November. Time to clear the garden, mulch the beds, etc Aunt Bean is still doing well. Still eating the nuts , that I soak overnight. Still only need tincture once or twice a day since February, still improving in playing the mandolin , and staying busy with various activities. Still researching foods and herbs and experimenting with gluten free recipes. I pray you will all have a blessed Thanksgiving.
