I'm so sorry to hear this. I know how it is when you feel like you have finally reached a point where you feel comfortable (not great because...you know...crps) and then something throws a wrench in things. You are so strong and you will get through it...but it is scary for sure. I know others have gone through necessary surgeries and come out the other side ok and there are some precautions you can take to help with that so definitely partner with your doctor to see what they can do to minimize the risk of spread.
