Best guess is some crud or something under those keys..
you can tip/tilt, upside down tapping with your hand to try to loosen it so it falls out
or blow with hair dyer with cool setting- see if that works..

If no crud falls out then those 2 keys could just be broken underneath.. but since close together.. I think a spill or crumbs..

I have in the past had to rinse coffee/pop from my keyboards...warm water & let dry completely.. (disclaimer) *only a suggestion of what I do, there is some risk depending on your keyboard..may or may not work for you...
I did have a spare kb to use until it was fully dry..

you can also search for ways to clean your keyboards...for other ideas..
