Default Rina, I can only suggest that you

first check out the 'stickies' at the top of this forum...the one that's several pages long can provide you with LOTS of information about neuropathies. There are over 200 types so, be prepared to be 'boggled' and 'whelmed'. They are also useful to learn the 'vocabulary' about neuropathies, the ways doctors feel it 'shows' how YOU feel.
You also might want to read old posts to get a feeling of what all each of us has gone through in onset, diagnosis and then how we all live with it. That I think will help you get a picture of neuropathies and what comes with it.
There are no 'silly questions!' Each person here has asked their fair share, either here or on other boards.. What makes this place special is that posters can share web sites directly that like to sources or resources that can be useful in understanding what you have, and what to do about it.
