Oh darling, you have the most amazing family. The last time you posted about them your sons accepted the fact that you needed to go back to bed. Now it is your birthday (I will get to that later) and your family loves you so much-they will understand having your birthday surprise on another day.

Our lives revolve around this disorder. If it wants us to make it to the next moment without to much strife, then by golly it will, and vice versa.

Your family respects you and the fact that you have this disorder so much. You definitely raised your kids with love and admiration (I have admiration for you) and you definitely picked the diamond in the ruff when it came to your husband. I would, if it's not too much, call everyone into the room, all bring chairs (so they don't bump the bed) and ask for your birthday that they all give you one wonderful memory that they have about you.

After that is done, tell them I will enjoy my memories this evening, and we will enjoy my party later.

Hugs.
