Really depressed and freaked out.

Based on emails from Work Buddy, I see that I remember nothing from the one hour workshop.
I asked him a couple of questions and he sent me a link but I have
NO IDEA what he is even talking about.

So VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY depressed.
I was stressed the whole time around Mom and Dad -- they are not in
any way comforting -- not even comfortable with themselves.


I am still stressed.


And not sleeping right -- worse than usual it seems.

Do not understand how I can start back to work.
