I am so sorry this is happening to you. Part of it has to do with the holidays. they exaggerate all our feelings. Your parents exaggerate them more. It is like they rub it in. Your mother and father sound precious in their own way but why did God make them them parents This is their form of nurturing but they have it backwards. You are still taking care of them especially now with the pressure
of the holidays. We should get together and hug each other and not say anything and just feel the spirit of the universe be the big hugger (you don't know the word I almost wrote(
at least new years is over and it won;t be for another year that you have to watch over your parents in person.
