Sounds like you have some frozen pipes. Call a plumber and see if they service this kind of repair but be prepared that they might be busy because this is a common problem in this type of cold weather. They can install some sort of insulation around the pipes to help keep this from happening. It's also a good idea to let your water drip when the temps are below freezing. Hope they can fix this for you!
