I am so undisciplined. I am not changing the cat litter on time. I read that rubbing lemon on brown spots on face gets rid of them. I haven't done that. I am angry at lot.the depression has really returned. I can't control the eating and now i refuse to get on the scale.I am mostly in bed trying to sleep.
