The simple way to check your BP is with a home BP kit that wraps around your wrist. They are $30 or so at Walgreens or such.
The head CT was probably looking for brain contusions or bleeds. They may be able to give it a second look and check the bones around the sinuses.
I think an ENT assessment would be worthwhile. I hope the concussion specialist understands the unusual presentations.
