If you have no will power, you should rid your apartment of all the things you shouldn't be eating and buy healthier things to eat instead in case you binge. I don't know what kind of things that you like
that you can have on the diet, but I'm sure you know that bread, potatoes, fruit, etc are out.
Fudgsicle makes No Added Sugar fudge pops that I think are
fantastic and only have 40 calories each, sugar-free jello is very low in calories, and raw veggies like cucumbers and celery have high water content and would be fine. Even if you have more cooked veggies, mozzerella sticks, or hard-boiled eggs, they are better than binging on other things.
You don't have to be perfect, but things will be easier if you remove the temptations
