sorry this is so delayed ..... everybody's mg is different. they say to go by how much improvement your seeing with your symptoms. I am starting with 4 drops under the tongue in the morning and a stronger tincture at night 4 drops.
If you came up with a dosage that works for you please share. And what symptoms it is helping .....
