Sometimes Corey and I will play cribbage together. It's a good way to spend 1:1 time together... and it's free. I know it may sound silly, but sometimes we play Monopoly, too. We should do those things more often.

I'm so proud of you for all the good work you have been doing. You have been taking much better care of yourself in general. It takes a lot of courage to take a look at oneself and admit to ones problems. You are seeking treatment for episodes, which is something you weren't doing in the past, and you have been working very hard to diet and make plans to have more AF days

I hope you and Jeff do make that list. I think it will be helpful, and will give you some direction, so you will not feel so much pressure from too many things all at once
