Default Gum swelling and slight face swelling, what do I do?

For over a week now I've had tooth pain, it was once specific tooth that pain went away for a few days and now it's my whole right side of my upper gum. It feels like a lot of pressure more than anything, the roof of my mouth on that side is also swollen slightly. I feel pressure in my right ear, and my ear is slightly swollen. I feel a slight pressure in my nose, and after touching my face it's slightly swollen on the right side (Not physically noticeable but I feel the difference between both sides of my face) the ER doctor assumed it was an infection so I was given antibiotics but the swelling is still there, I wasn't able to see a dentist because they were closed. I don't have dental insurance and not sure what to do. What could this be? Is this an emergency??
