You might look into the body/neck position/ posture factors.
You tube has a great mix of posture videos and how to correct if you might have "forward head & neck" or "rounded & hunched shoulders".
Those postures can close down on the areas that the blood & nerves run thru.

You don't want the military rigid posture but a natural aligned posture..
