All doctors minds are complex, if one falls within a range for their age, you are OK...this is very incomplete thinking as I've been thru so much life with doctors. I am in high 1000's and still take 2500mcg Methyl B12 lozenge daily from Jarrow.

How much it will help I don't know. But surely can't hurt. I'm glad you are open to supplementing, so many are not, but they can help.

You could even have a sluggish thyroid, men have issues too. Keep grape seed ex in your mind for maybe some day.
