I bought some a while back and threw it away since the FDA is putting fear in our minds. Now I'm hearing more about it from others and I would take it for arthritis pain and hopefully will enable me to take LESS ibuprofen.

My concern in does it elevate blood pressure and cause constipation.

I have some links and youtubes, but nothing like hearing from others. Anyone?
