My goal for today was to drink a gallon of water.
I drank more than that counting the 3 cups of coffee then I will have water with dinner and water with night meds. total fluids for day=22 cups!
Ate 2 pieces of left over pizza and snacked on some almonds.
talapia tonight jeff is cooking, cabbage soup from sandras and left over brocolli crunch from whole foods. Half of an avocado, and 2 thin mints cookies, probably have popcorn while watching seinfeld.
I saw 5 clients today.
Went to the gym and walked on tred mill at an incline most of the way, 322 calories, 2 miles, 40 minutes. Then went to sallys to pick up more polish for work.
It was a great day!
